Last year in the UK alone we bought 8 billion plastic water bottles.

700,000 plastic water bottles littered everyday in the UK.

8 million tonnes of plastic end up in the ocean every year.

A staggering 91% of plastic waste has never been recycled. The majority is thrown into landfill or ends up in our oceans. Nobody wants this.

BIG NUMBERS

We use 1 million plastic drink bottles globally every minute. That’s a lot. To put it into perspective that’s another 100,000 or so by the time you get to the end of this sentence. The majority are thrown into landfill or end up in the ocean and the rest at best will be recycled.
